Exchange Policy – Pastels

At Pastels, each piece is thoughtfully curated and crafted with attention to detail. We kindly request you to review our exchange guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

* Exchange Window
An exchange request must be raised strictly within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Kindly WhatsApp us at +91 99801 10101 with your Order ID and relevant details for approval.

* Dispatch After Approval
Once your exchange request is approved, the product must be dispatched from your end within 2 days to the address below:

* Product Condition
The product must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its original saleable condition with intact price tags.
Items with tampered, damaged packaging, or without the original bill will not be accepted.

* Customized / Altered Pieces
Customized, altered, or made-to-measure pieces are not eligible for exchange.

* Single Exchange Per Invoice
Each invoice is eligible for a one-time exchange only.

* Selection Timeline
Once the returned product successfully passes our quality check, clients are requested to finalize and confirm their replacement selection within 72 hours of approval.

* At Pastels, we follow an exchange-only policy. We sincerely regret that returns, refunds, or credit notes are not available.

* Product Value
The selected exchange product must be of the same value or higher than the original purchase. In case of a higher value selection, the difference amount must be paid prior to dispatch. 

* Courier Charges
Once the exchange is approved, courier charges for sending the product back to us, as well as re-dispatch of the exchanged piece, will be borne by the client.
